How this works, start to finish

One call today. Something you can use in a week.

There are no long meetings in here, and nothing you have to prepare. Every step below has a day or a week on it, and you can stop after any of them.

Start with the free call

Free 20 minutes. Nothing to prepare.

Day 1
the free call — 20 minutes, nothing to prepare
Day 3
your price and your launch date, in writing
Every Friday
a link you can open and use yourself
4–8 weeks
how long most first versions take

Every step, with a date on it.

This is the whole thing. If a step ever slips, you hear it from us first.

What happens
What you do
Day 1
A free call. You explain it in your own words. Twenty minutes, and a voice note works if you'd rather not talk live. You will not be asked a single technical question.
Talk. Nothing to prepare.
Day 2–3
You get a written plan, one fixed price and a launch date. In plain English, on one page: what we're building, what it costs, and the day it goes live. Nothing hidden in a footnote.
Read it. Ask anything.
Day 3
You say yes to the first stage only, never the whole thing. You pay for the next step, not the project. If you stop after it, everything built so far is yours to keep.
Say yes, or don't.
Week 1
You see the real screens of your app, not a document. Actual screens you can look at and react to. This is the week to change your mind about anything — it costs nothing now.
Tell us what's wrong.
Week 2 onwards
We build. Every Friday you get a link you can use. Not a report — a working link on your phone. You'll know exactly where your project is every single week.
Try it. Send notes, voice notes are fine.
Two weeks before launch
Real people try it and we fix whatever trips them up. Friends, staff, five strangers — whoever your users actually are. Small confusions get fixed before anyone pays you money.
Send us five people to try it.
Launch week
It goes live — App Store, Play Store or the web. We do the submissions, the store listings and the paperwork that comes with them. If Apple asks for something, we answer it.
Say go.
After launch
We fix and add things monthly — or hand it all to your own developer. Stay with us month to month, or take the code, the designs and the accounts to someone else. It's all in your name from day one either way.
Nothing, unless you want more.
2 days A working travel app for an investor pitch. It helped raise €250,000.
4 weeks Idea to live product for a creator tool. 5,000 people signed up.
12 weeks A whole factory running on software we wrote from zero.

You never have to choose any of this. We do.

Nobody will ask you which technology you want. You say what should happen when someone opens the app; we pick what suits your idea and tell you why, in normal words.

Questions about the process

Ask us worse ones on the call. Nobody is judging the question.

What do I need to have ready for the first call?

Nothing. Not a document, not designs, not a budget number. One sentence about what you want is enough — "an astrology app people pay for" is a real brief we've started from.

How soon can you start?

Usually within two weeks. We keep a couple of slots each month for people in a hurry, so ask if your date is tight.

What does it cost?

One fixed number, in writing, after the first call. It depends on how many screens and features you need — not on how big your company is. Nothing gets added later without you agreeing to it.

Can I stop halfway?

Yes, after any step. You keep everything built so far — the code, the designs, the accounts — and you can come back whenever you're ready to carry on.

What if I don't like what I see on Friday?

You say so and we change it. That's the whole reason you see it every week instead of at the end, when changing things is expensive.

Do I have to understand any of the technology?

No. You'll never be asked which database you want. You tell us what should happen when someone opens the app; the rest is our job.

Who actually does the work?

The two or three people on your call. You won't be handed to an account manager, and you won't be passed to a junior team after you sign.

What happens after it's live?

We fix and add things monthly for as long as you want us to. If you'd rather hire your own developer later, we hand over the code written down properly so they can pick it up in a week.

Day one starts with a phone call.

Tell us the app you want in one line. You'll leave the call knowing what it costs and the date it goes live. We reply within one working day.
