Sometimes you should, and we'll say so on the call. Those tools fit when your business works the way they expect. You come to us when it doesn't — your own way of pricing, your staff's way of working, an app with your name on it in the store. Often we connect to those tools rather than replace them.

Usually three things: hosting, the app store accounts (Apple charges yearly, Google once), and if there's AI in it, what the AI company charges for use. All of it is paid by you, in your name, so nothing runs through us. The expected monthly figure goes in the written plan so it's never a surprise.

We build it to answer only from what you give it — your prices, your documents, your past replies — and to hand over to a person when it isn't sure, instead of guessing. You can read every conversation it has had.
