An app to book a doctor and skip the waiting room
Booking meant phoning in office hours, forms were filled in on paper at the desk, and everybody waited in one room without knowing how long. Now it's three taps and a code at the door.
What was wrong
To see a doctor you rang the clinic during office hours, hoped for a slot, filled in the same paper form at the desk again, and then sat in a room with no idea whether it would be ten minutes or an hour. Across a group of clinics, that was thousands of phone calls a week.
What we built
One app for the whole group of clinics: find the right doctor, see the slots that are genuinely free, book in three taps, fill the forms at home, scan a code at the door instead of queueing — or do the whole appointment by video if you can't come in.
