Privacy policy

Nentiq is a product studio operating from Dubai, UAE and Noida, India. This policy covers nentiq.com and the project tools we run for clients.

We collect only what we need to reply to you and run a project.

To answer enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver contracted work, invoice, and keep records required by law. We do not sell personal data and we do not run advertising profiles.

Where GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interest for replying to business enquiries and for counting visits in a way that cannot identify anyone, contract performance for delivery and billing, and legal obligation for accounting records.

We use a small set of vendors to run the business — hosting, email, analytics, accounting and code hosting. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement. We share client data with no one else unless the law requires it.

Enquiries that don't become projects: 24 months. Project records and contracts: seven years, as required for tax and audit. Analytics: 14 months. Server logs: 30 days.

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction, or to object to processing. Write to legal@nentiq.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Data may be processed in the UAE, India and the EU. Transfers use standard contractual clauses where required. Access is limited to the people working on your project, all accounts use two-factor authentication, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

We post changes on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes affecting existing clients are also sent by email.
