What was wrong
Every carrier sent updates in a different shape, drivers dropped out of signal halfway through a route, and the person on the phone still had to answer the only question a customer ever asks: where is my delivery?
What we built
One live screen for the people moving freight all day, plus a simpler version customers can log into themselves — which is what stopped the phone ringing.
