What was wrong
The big delivery apps search a whole city and send a stranger on a bike through traffic. Inside a gated community the cook is often two floors away — so the food was going cold in traffic instead of arriving warm in the lift.
What we built
You pick your building, see the neighbours cooking today, order before their kitchen closes, and either collect it or have it walked over. Cooks post tomorrow's menu, take the orders and see what they've earned.
