Book a specific hair braider, not just 'the salon'

Each braider offers different styles and works different days. A rented booking tool couldn't hold that, so the salon got one built around how it really works.

Liane Braiding Salon — Book a specific hair braider, not just 'the salon'

What was wrong

The salon had outgrown a rented booking tool. Each braider does different styles, works different days and needs her own calendar — and the owner needed one place to see all of it, plus deposits, so that a no-show stopped being free.

What we built

A booking site where the customer picks the braider first, sees only what she does and when she's free, books that slot and pays a deposit — and then everyone is told: the customer, the braider and the owner.

What's inside it

The parts that had to work before anyone could use it.

01
Pick your braider first
You're booking a person, which is how customers already think about it.
02
Her styles, her hours
Each braider's own service list and own working days.
03
A deposit at booking
Paid online, so a missed appointment isn't a wasted afternoon.
04
Everyone told at once
Customer, braider and owner get the same confirmation and the same changes.
05
The owner sees the whole salon
Every appointment and every payment, on one screen.
06
Change it without a phone call
Move or cancel online, and the braider's calendar updates itself.
